As you go out to balcony, the door might be locked from inside and you might stay out! Impossible to open from outside. Strict dressing code in the restaurant.

There is a outdoor swimming pool near the sea called "Beach Club", the bus going there is free. The Ping-Pong is free of charge. The breakfast has lots of varieties.

The staff at the reception is not helpful at all. The clients are suppose to know their service and then ask for it, otherwise the hotel don't provide or introduce to us. The mini-golf ground is not well maintained. The indoor as well as the outdoor swimming pools close too early, say around 19-20 o'clock. The last bus from Palma is 20:30. It is not possible to enjoy the night life in the city unless you would like to pay for the taxi.

Great Family Experience with Space for Everyone

The family room was spacious and clean, offering ample space for our group. The pool area was a real hit, especially with the kids enjoying the pirate ship slides. The dining experience was slightly disappointing as there were limited options for fussy eaters, like children's favorites, so this could use some improvement.

It wasn't inexpensive but for what it offered, we felt it was reasonable.

Nicely appointed and good value property with a nice pool. Fine food, very good service. Outstandingly accommodating staff with knowledge of the place. Perfect and nice location right by the bus station, only 5 minutes walk from Maioris Golf Club.

Clean and tidy environment with friendly staff, the pool area offered plenty of sun loungers (great for relaxation!). The evening entertainment was enjoyable, especially the variety of themed food evenings.

The staff was just excellent - very friendly, attentive and polite! Most of the employees there could speak English/German/Spanish/Catalan. The rooms and common areas are tidy and clean. Breakfast and dinner buffets offer a rich variety of very good dishes, incl. For vegetarians! They have bikes for rent, a good sauna, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pool. The hotel is just 25 km from the airport and the city of Palma, and there is a bus to the city passing by several times a day. The surrounding area is very quiet, so it's a perfect location for those who wish to get away from noisy tourist places and enjoy oneself and his/her family.

The pool area is excellent, with two good-sized pools and plenty of sun loungers for relaxation. I appreciated the lovely garden setting around the hotel.

Sleep wasn't easy due to noise from the entertainment area, which blasted music until around midnight. The breakfast lacked variety, with no option for ordering a single coffee unless you had purchased the buffet, and the food temperature was often disappointing at meal times. Cleanliness was a concern. I spotted cobwebs in my room, and the orange juice dispenser at breakfast was unclean. Navigating to the nearby beach felt risky with winding roads and limited amenities around the hotel. And don't get me started on the gym, cramped, with poor ventilation and minimal equipment.

Discount for beach club and courtesy bus. Children's entertainment good.

Beach club expensive for my visiting family- 45 euros for 2 adults and a 4 year old child! Unable to use mini bar fridge for own food and medicines. Extra fridge can be hired when available.
